It should be noted that these racks were produced in response to the need to
keep or shop for raw materials or products that are loaded by workers. This
model has been designed for warehouses, storage of essential goods and end
products and spare parts. This rack is suitable for bulky goods with medium
weight that are loaded by workers or forklifts. Considering the height of the
rooms, Ozhan has designed these storage racks for high ceiling storage rooms. In
this system, the loading is done by machines, so there is the choice to better use
this height. In addition, by creating aisles and using stairs, this shelf can be
implemented in 2 to 4 floors, which helps to benefit from the maximum height of
the room. For easy access to the floors, there are stairs and elevators between
shelves. All these parts are produced from the same material as the shelf. For
aisle and stairway floors, special slabs/segments are used.

These arms are conceptualized so that the vertical space is conveniently modifiable. - All base plates conform to standards and are grounded with two Hilti anchor bolts. - The columns are made according to the loading of a machine and the distance between the shelves in addition to the distance between the first floor and the floor surface. - On the customer’s order, a space for the indicator cards is designed on the arms to codify, lead to the contents, etc. - Calculations of the frame plan and frames are based on the loading of each rack in addition to the aisles, which are also calculated according to the weight loaded on the surface in Kg/m 2 . - The colorization of the parts: the degreasing and phosphating phases are done by 200 spray nozzles, followed by the polishing phase by washing nozzles. The parts are then dried in the conveyor oven and painted by powder color spray robots. Finally, at the passage of a furnace of 40 m and 200°C, the parts are cooked and ready to be packed. - Depending on the type and sensitivity, the parts are packed with bubble plastic, a special plastic material, strapping bands, separately wrapped with polystyrene to minimize the risk of damage during transport. - All parts have a certificate and an identification card and a quality assurance of quality department.
